Whether it’s laughter with loved ones, the comforting scent of candles and pumpkin spice, or simply being present in the moment, there’s a deep sense of contentment. But there’s also a hint of bittersweetness to the season—a gentle reminder that change is inevitable. Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a fantastic week! I’ve got some amazing news to share—my book was officially released last weekend in Geneva! Seeing my words come to life on those pages was an absolute dream come true, and I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity. It was a deeply sentimental moment for me, marking the end of years of hard work, passion, and so much emotion poured into every chapter. *Meu Coração Não Fala com Estranhos* (My Heart Doesn’t Talk to Strangers) isn’t just a collection of words—it’s a piece of my soul. It touches on tough subjects like sexual abuse, bullying, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and childhood trauma. But more than that, it’s a story of resilience, healing, and growth. It’s deeply personal, and a testament to the power literature has to change lives. Geneva, with its stunning beauty and rich culture, holds a special place in my heart. The city gave me so many memories, and being able to present my book there was a moment I’ll never forget. It’s
